Victorian Constable's Truncheon

Early Victorian Tip-staff/Truncheon with painted VR (Victoria Regina: Queen Victoria) and 'Bingley' on one side.
Would have probably belonged to a Parish Constable from the Metropolitan Borough of Bradford: Bingley in the 19th Century
